Pobjeda dd Tešanj, Branch „Livnica“ (Foundry) was founded in 2009. Location of the foundry is on the road Zenica-Bugojno , in the Turbe industry zone, Travnik.
The basic production program consists of grey cast and nodular cast products according to the standards of the European Union in weights of 0,5 to 300 kg.
Production is based on the manufacturing of castings via machine and manual moulding.
We posess modern and qualitative equipped tool shop and a machining for a quality and fast production of models in wood, plastic, metal as well as making of moulding tools and inflow systems.
We make tools for sand core tool boxes and we produce cores according to CO2 procedure and croning procedure. Control of the production with all prescribed testing, we perform in our own laboratory which is equipped with a modern equipment for the testing of chemical and mechanical characteristics of the castings. The quality of our production program is ensured with the quality management system ISO 9001:2008. Foundry’s capacity is 3.000 t, and the production of casts is done in electro-induction furnaces. Besides the machine casts for our own needs we produce also castings as our own production program:
