QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY, QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES

Quality Policy is an integral and inseparable part of the company’s business policy, and it is based on continuous improvement of quality of conducting business. CEO and its associates have a commitment to quality and its continuous improvement in all areas of the company. Working as a team, with involvement of all employees through process of continuous quality improvement, preconditions for meeting quality objectives, efficiency and customer satisfaction are provided.

The introduction of Environmental management system according to EN ISO 14001:2004 standard requires constant planning, implementation, audit, improvement and evaluation of environmental impacts, compliance with legislative regulations and subordinate legislation and other requirements applicable to the field of automobile industry.

Objectives of quality and environmental policy are:

• reaching the optimal production costs with efficient use of available technological, material and human resources;
• achieving and maintaining production of quality and reliable products at competitive prices;
• assurance of product quality that will be in accordance with international standards, regulations and demands, needs and expectations of customers;
• reaching the optimal level of capacity utilization and product range;
• to build relationship with customers on mutual open cooperation, consultation in the selection and use of our products, informing, efficient resolution of any problems, and delivering products of specified quality and within the agreed timeframe;
• efficient control and maintenance of means for production, control and measuring;
• identifying significant aspects and impacts on environment;
• taking appropriate measures to reduce potential adverse impacts on the environment (continuous task of development technology is to find alternative solutions, i.e. replacement of those aspects that can have a detrimental impact on the environment and introduction of materials / raw materials that will yield less waste and thus reduce energy consumption during its processing);
• ongoing analysis of environmental aspects;
• continuous improvement and prevention of adverse impacts on the environment;
• careful selection of quality suppliers and establishing mutual partnerships, requiring that suppliers develop environmental policy based on the principles of “Pobjeda” Tesanj;
• continuous compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• education and training of employees in order to increase the culture of quality and implementation of quality policy, as well as environmental management policy;
• continuous improvement of the quality management system and its processes.

These items provide the basis for defining, wherever possible, measurable quality objectives.
Quality objectives and environmental objectives are applied in all processes within the company. Quality and environmental policies and objectives are controlled and reviewed in order to achieve continuous suitability. Associates of QAE team led by the CEO are most responsible for implementation of quality and environmental policies and objectives, and they should be a role model to other employees.
Through quality and environmental management system, top management will ensure that quality and environmental policies and objectives are accessible and understandable to all employees in the company, which is achieved by educating all employees, by e-mail (info-network), by informing through flyers and notice boards.

It is expected from employees to point out the flaws and seek their removal, as well as to provide solutions wherever they see that system improvement and enhancement is possible. All interested external parties are familiar with the quality and environmental policy thanks to Internet and public media outlets.
The Quality and Environmental policy is reviewed on 2011/10/10, and it is binding for all employees from the date of publication!
