On Friday 9/9/2013, in the premises of the factory, 9^th September – Factory day was celebrated. On that occasion, according to tradition, workers with continuous years of loyal service (10, 20, 30 and 35 years) are awarded with cash prizes as a token of gratitude for their devotion to the factory.

10 YEARS OF SERVICE: Husibegovic Ibrahim, Prnjavorac Meldin.

20 YEARS OF SERVICE: Salihbegovic Mehmedalija, Ahmetovic Nazif.

30 YEARS OF SERVICE: Bedak Nusret, Beganovic Dzevad, Brackan Izo, Deljkic Jasmin, Kadusic Smajo, Ljevakovic Emir, Sisic Dzevad, Vehab Nusret, Talo Husein, Tadic Andrija.

35 YEARS OF SERVICE: Alispahic Ejub, Artukovic Muhidin, Brackan Asim, Brackan Kasim, Denjalic Aljo, Hadziahmetovic Reuf, Handzic Senad, Ibrahimkadic Rifat, Kajmic Besim, Omahic Mujo, Ljevakovic S. Izudin, Vilasevic Smajo, Tokmic Mehmedalija, Sinanovic Ismet.

On behalf of the Board of directors, CEO Mr. Bejdakic Kasim spoke to “jubilees”, and in a short speech reminded awarded about the current situation in the factory and the factory plans for the next period. Then he handed the cash prizes.

As dictated by tradition in the factory, our pensioners are not forgotten, and they are also presented with modest cash prizes.

Our dear pensioners had the opportunity to go through plants, reminding the time when they worked in the factory, as well as to see how production is realized today. After that, a cocktail for jubilees and pensioners is organized. In a relaxed atmosphere, as we are used to in “Pobjeda”, they talked about the plans, as well as reminding the old days and their beginnings, with a few anecdotes of elderly pensioners. Until next year, together with “POBJEDA” we go toward new VICTORIES!
