On Wednesday 09.09.2015, on the premises of the factory, the 9th september, the day of the factory was celebrated. On this occasion, according to tradition, workers were financially awarded for their fidelity to work, for 10, 20, 30 and 35 years of uninterrupted work as a token of gratitude for their loyalty to the factory.

In front of the factory management, to the „jubilees“ spoke CEO Mr. Bejđakić Kasim, who in a short speech reminded the awarded of the current situation in the factory and spoke about plans of the factory for the future period. Then he handed the awards.

According to tradition, our retirees were also not forgotten and they had a chance to walk through the plant and to see how the factory currently works and to compare it to the way the factory worked when they were actively employed. Then, a cocktail party was organised for the ‘jubilees’ and the pensioners in a relaxed atmosphere, as that’s the way it’s done in „Pobjeda“. It was talked about the future plans and people remembered the old times nad the beginnings of work, with a occasional anectode of an older pensioner.
